Reception opening hours and check-in and check-out times
The reception is open every day between 08:00 and 22:00.
Check-in: from 15:00
Check-out: by 10.00
If you plan to check out later, payment will be required the evening before departure. If arriving outside of the opening hours, the security staff will be there for check-in.
Required documents
Everyone staying on the campsite must be registered upon arrival, so valid identity documents are required for each person. At check-in, EU citizens need to show their identity card, and non-EU citizens need to show their passport. Photos or copies of documents will not be accepted. Documents are required for minors too.

Water park opening dates
The pools are open until 20 September 2020.The swimming pools are open every day 10:00 - 18:00 during the summer season.
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests.
Transfers
The campsite provides a shuttle service to and from the local airports, available 24 hours a day, by booking the service from our reception. You can book the transfer service by sending an email to jolly@humancompnay.com.
The campsite also offers a shuttle service to and from the city centre, which can be booked and purchased from the reception which is open every day from 08:00 to 22:00.
How to get to Venice
To get to Venice centre from Jolly Camping in Town you can take bus line 6 from Via Pietro Paleocapa, or use the shuttle service which leaves from the hotel and goes to Venice Tronchetto Marittima.
To come back, simply take line 6 from Piazzale Roma, or return with the shuttle that leaves from Venice Tronchetto Marittima and goes directly to the campsite.
Quiet hours
The campsite has quiet hours between 23:00 and 08:00. It is not possible to drive your car between those times.
Pet friendly
Four-legged friends are allowed in all accommodations.
If pets are brought to the accommodation, an additional €25 payment is required at all accommodations for end-of-stay cleaning.
WI-FI
Guaranteed coverage in the common areas.
ATM
An ATM is available at the campsite Reception.
Laundry
A laundry room is available: €5.00 for the washing machine and €4.50 for the dryer.
Separated waste collection
At Jolly Camping in Town, respect for the environment and surrounding nature is of paramount importance. Help us too by separating your rubbish during your stay. The bins are in the collection areas shown on the map.
Parking
The inside of the campsite can only be accessed by car. During the high season there is a parking area for coaches.
Facilities for the disabled
For people with motor disabilities, approved public toilets and common areas without architectural barriers are provided.

breakfast from 7:30-09:30am and dinner from 7pm - 9pm

Initial cleaning is included in the price.
Change of sheets and towels is free for stays of 7 nights or more.
